Optimal Performance, Automatic Scaling, and high Server Availability for maximum uptime.

Magento is the #1 Enterprise E-commerce Platform

It is estimated that more than 220,000 online stores are actively using Magento, including well-known brands such as Nike, Ford, Lenovo, and Samsung. Magento is highly customizable, fast, scalable, and has all the features you need to run a successful e-commerce website for the long term.

Magento Cluster Topology on

Cluster Magento kamu akan dibangun dengan komponen-komponen berikut agar dapat menangani lonjakan traffic yang tinggi.

  • Varnish
Load balancer which will distribute incoming traffic within a cluster and cache all static content running as HTTPS proxy; will automatically scale according to the amount of incoming traffic.
Application server to handle the Magento engine itself; will automatically scale according to the amount of incoming traffic.
  • Storage
Nodes to maintain and share static content between application servers instantly via NFS.
  • Redis Session Storage
Storage node to maintain user session parameters, so that if one application server node has a problem, the second server node will fetch the required data and continue to run client applications without any important interruptions.
  • Redis Cache
Nodes to host Magento cache which helps to improve application response time in terms of page loading speed when processing subsequent similar requests.
  • MySQL DB Cluster

MySQL database server with asynchronous master-slave server replication between the two to get high availability, improve data protection, and minimize system errors.

Enable Automatic Clustering for Databases

The entire process of creating a MongoDB auto-cluster can be done in a few clicks.

Open the Marketplace frame, search for the Auto-Scalable Magento Cluster package and press InstallNote that this clustered solution is available only for billing customers.

In the installation popup window, type Environment name and optional Display Name (environment alias), select the preferable region (if several are available) and click Install.

The environment installation and cluster configuration will take a few minutes until you see a popup window displaying your direct link to the Magento Admin panel with credentials to access it via a web browser.

Press Open in a browser to reach a landing page of the pre-configured Magento Theme LUMA, that allows using your Magento eCommerce system right after installation.

From the same popup window, you can access an admin panel of the eCommerce system. Here you can find a big variety of store management tools, categorized within separate tabs according to the provisioned options – e.g. Marketing, SalesCatalogCustomersStores, etc.

To start with, you can build a catalog for your online store as the very base of any e-commerce service. For that, compose the required catalog structure and fill it in with the proposed merch items.

Let’s take a look at the topology you got after installation. As you can see it is pretty complex. Also, it can be tuned with respect to scaling needs to ensure high availability, especially during different commercial events e.g. “Black Friday”.
